Carl Louis Young is the founder and owner of Increasing Life Chances 4 You. Mr. Young has worked in Minnesota’s mental health field for over 15 years. He currently works as a mental health practitioner and is a doctoral scholar in behavioral health at Grand Canyon University. Mr. Young meets regularly with community partners and provides a variety of mental health services and supports to Minnesota’s African / African American community
